The LH28F016SCT-L95 is a high-performance 16-Mbit SmartVoltage Flash memory organized as 2Mbyte of 8 bits. The 2Mbyte of data is arranged in thirty -two 64-Kbyte blocks which are individually erasable, lockable, and unlockable in-system. The LH28F016SCT-L95 maintains backwards-compatibility with sharp’s 28F008SA.
